Jim Evans has lived in the Columbus area for nearly forty years and has been involved in real estate for most of that time. Jim made his real estate start as have many, by purchasing an investment rental property, fixing it up, and renting it. From those humble beginnings, Jim learned the ins and outs of the real estate business up close and personal. Jim moved on to larger apartment units quickly, and in 1983, he even developed a large condominium project in Destin, Florida. In 1987 he opened Fountain City Realty, where he quickly found his niche of managing property for other owners. Twenty-two years later Fountain City Realty is still going strong, family owned and operated, managing property for several satisfied owners.
